Custom Jewelry Store

My Gallery General Information:

Approximate sizes are listed in inches and may vary slightly since each piece is crafted individually.

All pieces are solid sterling silver (not plated).

Each earring set with French hooks includes a set of ear wire guards to keep wires secure.

All pendants include an 18 or 20-inch sterling silver chain, depending on the piece.

Jewelry shown in the Gallery section and those marked as one of a kind items may be possible for me to replicate (but not duplicate). Contact me regarding any such requests.

Ring sizes may be changed up to 2 sizes (1/2 sizes may be requested). If requested before shipping there is no charge for enlarging. Only rings without stones or inlays may be made smaller. There is an $8 charge for sizing rings smaller.

Terms and Conditions:

I keep many of my items in stock and ready for immediate shipping. However, the majority of my orders must be individually handcrafted after the order is placed.  I work to keep you happy by completing and shipping your order promptly. One of a kind items are shipped within two days of receiving your Papal payment. (The exception would be combining a one of a kind item with ones that had to be made.) Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for handcrafting of your order.

All orders are shipped Insured Priority US Mail. Shipping is FREE for all orders.

I prepare and ship your order immediately after its completion. 

**Note: If you would like to pick up your order at my studio please notify me by email or phone immediately after placing your order. I will notify you via email when your order is ready for delivery/pick up. Respond by phone or email within two days to arrange an appointment for pick up.  If no response is made within two days your items will be shipped directly to you.

Return Policy:

I work hard to make sure you receive originally designed, high quality-handcrafted jewelry. I am proud of the work I do and want you to be its proud owner. I want you to be happy with your purchase and the service I have provided. This is why I guarantee your complete satisfaction.

Limited Edition Items: If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase please notify me via email or phone within a day of receiving it. I can replace the item or exchange the item.

Custom orders: I work closely with you to keep you informed by phone and/or email of the progress of your custom designed piece.  Therefore, once you receive your piece I am sure you will be extremely pleased.  If for some reason you are not, please notify me immediately upon receipt and I will work with you to rectify the problem.  Sorry, there are no refunds on custom orders.
